There is no debate that being active and healthy will have a positive impact on your physical, mental, and emotional health. Research shows that even moderate exercise, like walking 30 minutes a day, has profound impacts on the body. Yet, many of us do not make time for ourselves and do not schedule time to be active. We go through our day, look at the clock at the end of it, and realize that the day has passed us by without time for exercise.
Many people have good intentions (look at how crowded the gym is in January!), but fail to find an exercise program that they can stick with. Or, they walk into a gym, look at all the equipment and walk out overwhelmed and under worked. My goal with this page is to provide you with resources that can be found on line (to save you search time!) and to provide a workout a week (videos to come!). Eventually I will even offer a subscription service, so if you like the workouts you see here, you can subscribe to receive more each week.
